Mission Statement

Columbia Seal Ltd. is a multidisciplinary subcontracting firm providing waterproofing, firestopping, caulking, air barrier applications and coating services for multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in the new construction and the restoration sector.

The business started in 1992 by two hard working partners who left their positions as Firestop Technologists to open their own organization and has been growing since.  

We believe without service you do not keep your customers, we strive to provide service that will leave our clients with fond memories. With service comes quality of work, we hold the highest level of standard because we want to be known for our quality of work.
